MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is searching for a 64-year-old woman who has been missing since Dec. 31, 1990.
Vanessa L. Smith, who has a maiden name of Blacks, was last seen in the 2300 block of W. Wisconsin Ave.
Smith is 5'1" and weighs around 130 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes but is known to wear wigs. Police say she has been known to travel to California.
