MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee police and the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office responded to the death of a 7-week-old girl on the city’s south side Wednesday morning.
It happened around 10 a.m. near the intersection of 47th Street and Oklahoma Avenue.
Police say the infant was found unresponsive at the location and was later pronounced dead. The Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy on Thursday.
Police’s investigation is ongoing. No other information has been released.
