Police: Critical missing man located

UPDATE: Milwaukee Police said James Starks - the man reported missing Saturday - was safely located. 


MILWAUKEE – Milwaukee police are attempting locate a 50-year-old man who is reported to have a brain injury that causes confusion and alters his sense of time. 

Police say James Starks went missing from a residence in the 5200 block of W. Keefe St.
- between the hours of 11 p.m. Friday and 7 a.m. Saturday on September 16. 

He is described by police as black male, age 47, 6'00, 160lbs, black hair, brown eyes with a tattoo with the name Paige on his right arm.   He was last seen wearing a maroon fleece, grey jeans, black tennis shoes.

Anyone who sees Starks or knows his whereabouts should contact police.
