Milwaukee police are looking for the driver and the car of a fatal hit-and-run crash on Monday

It happened near the corner of 37th Street and Villard Avenue at 4:10 a.m. Monday.

The car is believed to be a Buick Lesabre, tan or silver in color model year 1992 to 1999. Police say it might have damage to the front passenger side and to the windshield.

The 32-year-old man was found dead in front of a gas station Monday morning.

Police originally reported the death as a gunshot, but the Medical Examiner's Office determined it was a vehicle crash that killed him.
