A critically missing 58-year-old Milwaukee man was found safe Wednesday morning.
Robert Carter was reported missing Tuesday. Prior to that, he was last seen around 9 a.m. Monday morning at his home near W. Crawford Ave.
Police say Carter is cognitively delayed and has a tendency to become angered easily, or violent with strangers.
