Milwaukee police are investigating a suspected arson that burned two homes and killed four dogs.
The fire happened at a home on the 1300 block of N. 38th Street just before 5:30 a.m. Tuesday. Police said one home was set on fire and then it spread to a second home. No one was inside of the homes at the time of the fire, however, one home had five dogs inside.
Only one dog survived the fire, police said.
