MILWAUKEE — A homicide investigation is underway on Monday after Milwaukee police found a man fatally shot in a vehicle near 44th and Capitol.
Police say they found the 31-year-old victim around 6:45 p.m.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
Police are seeking unknown suspects.
