A 2.5-month-old baby has died after being physically abused.
Police say a man struck the baby.
The incident occurred around 7:45 a.m. Wednesday in the 3000 block of N. 28th St.
The child was pronounced dead at Children's Hospital Wednesday night. An autopsy will be released Thursday.
The male suspect is in custody.
