MILWAUKEE -- Police arrested three people Sunday night following a police chase through Milwaukee's Riverwest neighborhood.
According to Milwaukee Police, officers saw a red 4-door Jeep Cherokee driving recklessly -- just before 10 p.m. -- with no license plates in the area of 200 W. Center Street.
Police say that vehicle also matched the description of a vehicle involved in armed robberies in different parts of the city over the past two days.
Milwaukee Police attempted to pull over the vehicle but the driver refused to stop and a chase began. During the chase, the Jeep crashed into a white 4-door Chrysler 200, which injured the woman driving. Twenty minutes later, the Jeep had to pull over due to a flat tire near the intersection of Bremen and Burleigh Streets. Police say all the occupants inside of the vehicle fled on foot. Three people were arrested.
