MILWAUKEE -- A 16-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after he was shot Sunday in Milwaukee.
It happened around 12:45 p.m. -- in the area of 5600 N. 96th Street.
According to Milwaukee Police, the teen was walking when he became involved in a confrontation with several unknown people. During the confrontation, he was shot.
Police are still investigating the shooting.
