MILWAUKEE -- A 36-year-old Milwaukee man is in critical condition after being shot "point-blank" in the stomach by his roommate.
According to Milwaukee police, the victim and his roommate were drinking at a home near 58th and Sheridan, when they got into a fight around 12:30 Tuesday morning.
The victim was rushed to the hospital and underwent surgery. The victim's roommate is in custody.
Police say the investigation is ongoing.
