SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- A 28-year-old Milwaukee-area man is in custody following a police chase in Sheboygan County on Saturday.
According to the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the chase began around 2 p.m. in the Town of Lima and ended in the City of Sheboygan.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy originally tried to stop the man for speeding but he failed to pull over and the chase began.
The driver reached speeds up to 90 miles-per-hour in a 55 mile-per-hour zone.
The chases ended sheriff’s deputies used a P.I.T. maneuver. The Sheriff’s Office says no injuries or property damage were sustained in the pursuit.
The driver was arrested on two warrants and could also face charges for fleeing/eluding, 2nd offense possession of drug paraphernalia.
