PEWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee man was struck by a vehicle on I-94 Wednesday evening.
The incident happened at approximately 5:50 p.m. on I-94 east at Bluemound Road in Pewaukee.
According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department, the 32-year-old man was walking outside of his vehicle when he was struck by a vehicle going eastbound.
He was flown to Froedtert Hospital via Flight for Life. His condition is unknown at this time.
Eastbound I-94 was closed at Grandview Boulevard and eastbound US 16 was closed at Main Street for approximately 90 minutes.
The crash is under investigation.
