A Milwaukee man is facing charges for allegedly placing a hidden camera in the women's bathroom of a Glendale car dealership.

Forty-year-old Thanongsak Sayavong has been charged with three counts of capturing an intimate representation without consent.

According to the criminal complaint, April 6 a female employee at Umansky Motors (BMW of Milwaukee North) reported that while using the restroom she noticed a device concealed in the paper towel dispenser. While removing the camera, officers noticed three poker chips that appeared to help position the device.

Detectives say that the recorded content shows primarily women, some going to the bathroom. Of the women shown, three were employees. All three women told police they did not consent to being recorded.

A video clip time stamped for April 6, 2019 shows the suspect placing the camera in the dispenser.

Sayavong is due back in court April 29.
