A 54-year-old Milwaukee man, identified as Jerry Wilkins, was arrested by the Wisconsin State Patrol DeForest Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
This was Wilkins' fourth offense.
Troopers say they conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for multiple lane deviations.
During the stop, Wilkins showed signs of impairment, according to troopers.
After conducting Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, Wilkins was arrested.
