MILWAUKEE-- Authorities are investigating after a Milwaukee Fire Department ambulance was struck by a car about 8:15 p.m. Monday.
Paramedics were en route to a hospital near the intersection of W Keefe Ave & N Doctor M.L.K. Jr Drive when they were hit by the car, according to the Milwaukee Fire Department.
One firefighter and a passenger in the striking vehicle sustained minor injuries. The patient being transported by MFD didn't sustain further injuries during the incident, according to the Milwaukee Fire Department.
