MILWAUKEE – The Milwaukee County Zoo has a new addition to their family.
On Sunday, the Zoo introduced their new baby groundhog named “Gordy” on Facebook.
Gordy was born on April 8, 2018 -- and comes to the zoo from Indiana
According to the Milwaukee County Zoo, Gordy only weighs 3.5 pounds, loves to eat, and his favorite toy is a plush dog bone that he loves to wrestle with.
Right now, Gordy is not on display for visitors – but the zoo says they’ll announce when he’s ready to be seen in his exhibit.
