The Milwaukee County Zoo is responding to a fight that took place in the front entrance Saturday.
The zoo says the on-duty Milwaukee County Sheriff's deputy responded to a small altercation about 4 p.m. in the front entrance building.
Milwaukee police say the altercation was a verbal dispute that included "minor shoving between juveniles."
The altercation ended within minutes and the scene was cleared shortly thereafter, according to the zoo. There were no injuries.
No arrests were made and the people involved in the fight left the zoo without being escorted.
The case has since been turned over to the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office for investigation.
