Milwaukee County Medical Examiner trying to identify burned victim found in garage

A woman's body was found severely burned beyond recognition in a garage in the 3100 block of North 15th Street on Wednesday.

The Milwaukee Medical Examiner is looking for help in identifying the victim by the descriptors it has.

According to the ME, the woman was 25-years-old and from Milwaukee. Her race is unknown at this time.

The body found had the following descriptors as well:

  • Tongue piercing
  • Tattoo of flaming heart with dagger through it on upper right arm
  • Tattoo on left wrist with partially obscured wording ending in '96' and above that is a partially obscured tattoo of the sun with the wording 'Sunset'
  • Tattoo of the word 'Pamela' on the left forearm below a flower tattoo
  • Partially obscured tattoo on mid-line lower back, illegible cursive writing with an unknown symbol
  • Tattoo on right upper arm near elbow, possible 'gothic' style letters, illegible
  • Tattoo on left calf, unknown graphic, possible floral or vines
  • Subject was wearing size 00 Express-brand jeans
  • Natural teeth with several dental fillings
