Milwaukee police are investigating after a Department of Public Works employee found a body in a garbage cart.
The medical examiner's office tweeted that the homicide happened in the 2800 block of N. 23rd Street Friday morning.
Police say a sanitation worker found the body of a man who appears to be in his 20s.
