MILWAUKEE -- A Brookfield mom had such a great response from her children's book "I am a boy of color" She decided to write another.
"I am a girl of color" tackles every aspect of a little girl's life. "Only 14 percent of books feature children of color," Deanna Singh says.
"It's really important for children to be able to see themselves reflected in their books and that's why I wrote the books," said Singh.
