MILWAUKEE -- Two suspects have been arrested in connection with Tuesday's sudden death of a 7-week-old infant on Milwaukee's north side. Milwaukee police say the death is now being investigated as a homicide.

The child died at WHO'S LUVIN YOU daycare - located in the 7800 block of W. Villard Avenue on Milwaukee's north side.

According to Milwaukee police, the infant, Savaiyah A. Reid, sustained blunt force trauma injuries to her body. The two suspects are a 37-year-old woman and a 17-year-old girl.

TODAY'S TMJ4's I-TEAM has learned the daycare is ran out of a house.  Neighbors say the daycare is usually quiet and usually takes care of four to five children each day.

This was one of two infant deaths in Milwaukee Tuesday. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office responded to the death of a 3-month-old infant near the intersection of 11th and Becher on the south side.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and have not released any other information.
