MILWAUKEE — A child is recovering in the hospital after being hit by a vehicle.
The Milwaukee Fire Department says it happened near 24th and North shortly before 2:00 p.m. Monday.
Firefighters say the child was taken to Children's Wisconsin with unknown injuries.
