MENOMONEE FALLS — Menomonee Falls School District students will be learning a hybrid format this upcoming school year.
The district announced its reopening plan for the 2020-2021 school year. The hybrid model will be in place until Oct. 2.
The hybrid model will have students return to in-person learning for two or three days a week and virtual or independent learning on the other days, varying each week. Students will be divided into groups based alphabetically on last names.
The first week of school, which starts on Sept. 1, will be used to prepare students and parents on the new format and synchronous learning will begin on Sept. 8.
Families may also choose an all-virtual option as well.
