Menominee County in northern Wisconsin is the first of 72 counties to finish recounting their ballots.
The recount found 17 more votes for Jill Stein and 12 more votes for Gary Johnson. Donald Trump lost two votes and Hillary Clinton lost one.
There were originally 1,279 votes counted for president and the recount found 29 additional votes. County officials blamed the discrepancies on "human error."
Federal law requires the remaining 71 counties to finish their recount by December 13.
