The woman who was found dead in a parking structure at Froedtert Hospital was ruled a homicide case according to the medical examiner.
The MCMEO is investigating this morning's death of a female in @Froedtert parking structure as a homicide. @MCSOSheriff is investigating. Autopsy is being conducted today. No further information will be released.

The woman was found frozen under a vehicle in the parking structure around 4 a.m. Friday. She was thawed, and taken to the trauma ward where she was pronounced dead before 4:30 a.m.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office says she was 'bleeding profusely from the head' when she was found.
Deputies also say the vehicle had moderate damage from crashing into a wall in the parking structure.
The vehicle was found empty upon deputy arrival.
This investigation is ongoing.
