A 33-year-old Milwaukee woman was the victim of a fatal shooting on the south side Monday.
The shooting took place near S. 19th and W. Arthur Avenue about 3:00 a.m.
Milwaukee police are seeking the suspect to determine a motive, and the circumstances that lead to the shooting.
