MILWAUKEE — A 19-year-old Milwaukee woman was killed in a double shooting on the city's south side Thursday morning, police say.
The shooting happened around 5:33 a.m. in the 1100 block of South 14th Street, Milwaukee police said in a statement.
The 19-year-old woman died after suffering gunshot injuries, and a second victim, also a 19-year-old Milwaukee woman, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, police said. She was brought to a local hospital for treatment.
Police determined the shooting was the result of an argument. MPD is seeking a known suspect.
