Mayfair Mall is launching a new tool to help shoppers stay safe while shopping for the holidays amid a pandemic.
"Spot Holder" is a line-queuing system that Mayfair Mall unveiled Tuesday. The platform allows shoppers to join a virtual waitlist and tracking their place in line. Shoppers will submit their name and phone number and will be notified when it is their time to return back to the store.
“Over the past six months, we have been focused on continuing to deliver outstanding experiences for our shoppers despite COVID-19 related challenges,” said Chris Jaeger, General Manager of Mayfair Mall. “Through the implementation of Spot Holder, we’re able to provide both our retailers and shoppers a platform that delivers a safe and efficient environment for shopping, especially as we head into the holiday season.”
