WINNEBAGO — A 46-year-old Marshall man is facing his 9th OWI case after crashing on a Wisconsin freeway Thursday.
Larry Matthew Eldridge was arrested early Thursday morning after the Wisconsin State Patrol received a call about a vehicle that struck a concrete wall.
Emergency officials responded to I-41 North at Prospect Ave. when they discovered Eldridge unconscious behind the wheel of a vehicle and not wearing a seat belt, according to Wisconsin State Patrol.
Eldridge has been charged with felony OWI and operating after revocation.
He was transported to Theda Clark Hospital in Neenah for medical attention.
