Marquette University is launching a new plan to boost Hispanic student enrollment.
The goal is to earn Wisconsin's first “Hispanic-serving institution" designation, making it eligible for federal grants. According to Marquette's plan, one in four students will be Hispanic by the end of the next decade.

Right now, Hispanics account for 10 percent of the student body.
