All of southeast Wisconsin is under a Winter Storm Warning until 6 p.m. Monday. Residents are advised to avoid roads due to powerful wind gusts creating near blizzard conditions in addition to slick roads.
Total snow accumulations are expected to range between nine and 13 inches.
