MILWAUKEE — The man who fell down an elevator shaft Monday has been identified, according to the Milwaukee Police Department.
The victim was identified as Anthony D. Azarian, 32, of Racine.
According to reports, Azarian fell seven stories down the shaft in the 3700 block of West Wisconsin Avenue.
He reportedly was trapped in a forklift.
An autopsy is scheduled Tuesday.
