BROOKFIELD -- A suspect in Brookfield was caught on camera stealing two bags of shrimp from a Piggly Wiggly.
It happened on Friday, April 13 around 7:45 p.m. -- at the Piggly Wiggly located at the corner of 124th and North.
According to a police report, the unidentified man hid the shrimp in his jacket pocket. He then walked up to the counter with several items, placed the items down on the counter, and told the clerk he forgot his wallet. He then left the store and never came back.
Police say the suspect left the store in a silver SUV, with Wisconsin license plate "629-XVP."
Anyone with information regarding the burglary is asked to contact Brookfield Police.
