Beaver Dam Police shot a 35-year-old man during a domestic disturbance call Friday evening.
According to the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, officers responded the call at around 5:36 p.m. near Prospect and McKinley.
Police said during the investigation it became a use of force situation and shots were fired by law enforcement.
The man suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.
The Dodge County Sheriff's Office is investigating the shooting.
