MADISON — A Madison man involved in a rollover crash with two children in the car is facing his fourth OWI charge.
According to our partners at WISC-TV,34-year-old Seth R. Collins crashed the vehicle on Junction Road at Harbour Town Drive at about 11:15 a.m. Sunday.
When the car came to a rest, the man and the children ran from the scene but were quickly found by officers.
Collins told police he had fallen asleep at the wheel but was arrested on suspicion of OWI.
