The Kenosha County Sheriff's Department responded to a fatal accident which left a vehicle overturned in a marsh, submerged in water.
The accident happened Saturday afternoon at the intersection of County Highway B and Highway 142 in the Town of Brighton.
The Sheriff's Office says evidence shows the vehicle was going southbound on CTH B but continued through the intersection, going over a berm and landing flipped over in roughly three feet of water.
Sheriff's Deputies found the man deceased inside the vehicle.
The caller who reported the accident said they were out looking for their friend, who was reported missing earlier that day. Authorities are looking to make a positive identification of the man in the accident.
