A 41-year-old man has been charged in the shooting death of two men in an Oostburg home last month.
Sergio Ochoa of Oostburg, was charged with two counts of first-degree homicide, each of which carries a life sentence.
Police said money and an argument over $200 led to the double murder.
According to the criminal complaint, Ochoa allegedly called 911 asking for a dispatcher who spoke Spanish so he could make a “declaration.”
He told the dispatcher he was scared, did not mean to do it and that he did something bad. He told them he had a gun in his car, which was parked at the Sheboygan Police Department.
