An Illinois man has been arrested in the fatal stabbing of a Wisconsin man at the Harrah's Casino Hotel in Joliet.

Robert Watson, 25, was arrested after allegedly killing a 76-year-old Emanuel Burgrino from Hales Corner Sunday.

Joliet police say the stabbing occurred after Watson and Burgrino got into a fight at the casino. Burgrino was transported to St. Joseph Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Watson was arrested at the Joliet Public Library where it was later determined, according to police, that he had committed the murder.

The casino released a statement following the incident.

"The team members at Harrah’s Joliet express their deepest sympathies and condolences for the family of the victim. We continue to support the Joliet Police Department in its investigation of the incident last night."

Watson has been charged with the murder. No other information has been released.
