JEFFERSON — The Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post arrested 36-year old Lillie Nava, 36, for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 1st offense, with two minor children in the vehicle under the age of 16.

A Wisconsin State Patrol Waukesha Post trooper clocked a vehicle traveling 88 MPH in a 70 MPH zone around 3:45 a.m., westbound on Interstate 94 near the City of Lake Mills.

The trooper noticed signs of impairment and conducted a standardized field sobriety test which resulted in a breath test that showed an ethanol level of 0.176.

Nava was then arrested but refused post-arrest chemical testing. The Wisconsin State Patrol then obtained a warrant and Nava transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary blood draw before being booked into the Jefferson County Jail.
