A lesson in diversity and teamwork came together in a big way at an Oak Creek elementary school. They recently put together a video that celebrates their differences.

The YouTube video brings together every student and staff member at Cedar Hills Elementary School.

"It was about making peace around the school, and it helps everyone feel better about making new friends," says student Danny Ruffolo.

They spent an entire day filming with the help of their music teacher, as well as a parent volunteer.

"We all had fun and we all stayed happy," Shane Johnson said.

The original focus was on finding a way to teach the kids about teamwork.

"We wanted to show the diverse community that we have here at Cedar Hills, and we wanted to show the wider community what we can do if we all work together," says music teacher Katie Franecki.

The students are giving the project an A+, and they hope it inspires others.

"We might be from different countries, might have different languages, might have different religions, but we are one and we work as a team," says Harsehaj Kaur.
