Thieves stole five vehicles from the Kenosha Nissan dealership in on 120th Avenue near I-94 last week, the same dealership that was targeted last winter in a string of car thefts.

According to the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Office, they were able to get into the dealership early Friday morning by breaking a window and drove the cars through the shop’s overhead doors.

The suspects stole a silver 2013 Nissan Altima, a gray 2012 Nissan Altima, a black 2009 Nissan Rogue, a 2011 Subaru Outback, and a gray 2017 Nissan Altima.

The Nissan dealership was reportedly targeted before, but no cars were stolen in the prior attempt. During the routine check of dealerships in February, Kenosha deputies found four cars inside the service department at the dealership with the engines running.

One of the cars in this round of thefts has been recovered by the city of Milwaukee. If anyone has information regarding this incident they are asked to call the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department Detective Bureau at 262-605-5100.
