KENOSHA - A man faces charges after police allegedly found him with weapons, upon investigating multiple threatening calls.

Kenosha Police received a few calls about a man saying things like, "I'll take another one out." Police said the man also announced a "countdown timer."

Police located the subject near 56th St and 58th Ave. He reportedly had a box cutter and a knife.

Police say they tried talking with him but he wouldn't drop the knives. Supposedly, the suspect moved toward the officers multiple times.

A patrol Sergeant struck the suspect using his squad, disarming him. The suspect was treated and taken into custody.

According to police, the man was impaired by alcohol and medication. The man faces charges of endangering safety and obstructing an officer.
