KENOSHA -- A Kenosha County Sheriff's detective hopes a woman's story that has gone viral will make more people aware of human sex trafficking.
Photos Haley Oscar shared after she was confronted by a stranger at a Kenosha beach has been shared more than 8,000 times on Facebook.
Her post caught the eye of a Kenosha County detective, especially when he read the personal questions the suspect asked her.
"Stuff like my credit score, where I live if there's people who care about me how far of a walk it is to my house," Haley Oscar told TODAY'S TMJ4 Monday.
This caught the eye of Detective Tim Hackbarth.
"Might be trying to find out if this person is a loner or not and if someone were to get them to come with them, how quickly would someone notice they are missing," Hackbarth said.
Two anti-human trafficking billboards are up all Summer along the I-94 corridor.
