The Grammy award-winning star took a moment to turn the spotlight on a Milwaukee County Transit System driver recognized for her kindness and compassion.
During a concert in Green Bay, Kelly Clarkson invited MCTS driver Natalie Barnes as a special guest including a private meet and greet and VIP treatment. The real treat was when Barnes was brought on stage as the audience was shown a now viral clip of Barnes assisting a homeless man along her route last October, allowing him to ride the bus to stay out of the cold, offering him food and even helping him find temporary housing.
Barnes has been recognized three times by MCTS for outstanding service, and was featured as a Time Magazine "Everyday Hero of 2018." She also appeared on "Ellen" for her service.
