KENOSHA COUNTY — A judge has denied Timothy Vandervere’s no-contest plea in an April Kenosha County crash.
Vandervere pleaded guilty to three charges of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle and one charge of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle.
Vandervere is accused of driving drunk and killing three members of the Rizzo family.
