MILWAUKEE -- A convicted criminal is on the run.
Michael Moore, a minimum security inmate at Felmers O. Chaney Correctional Center in Milwaukee, was reported missing at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Moore was serving time for failure to pay child support, operating a vehicle without owners consent and forgery.
