Large ice shoves have been piling up along the shoreline in Fond du Lac, but Saturday morning they became a big problem for an area business.
The Fond du Lac Yacht Club had to close for part of the morning on Saturday because an ice shove had pushed up against their building.
They didn't have water, gas or power for part of the day and heavy equipment crews were called in to help remove the large sheets of ice.
After several hours, they were able to clear the ice from the building.
Members of the Fond du Lac Yacht Club say the shove happened in about 15 minutes.
They tell WGBA-TV in a statement: "The Fond du Lac Yacht Club has experienced ice shoves in the past, but nothing ever like this before... We cleared the building to make sure that nobody would be hurt in the event the ice continued to press against the building."
Thankfully members of the yacht club say no one was hurt and no damage was caused due to the ice shove.
