MILWAUKEE — The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) will begin to accept pre-applications from people interested in receiving an application for a Project-Based Voucher, beginning Monday, Sept. 21.
This program is not to be confused with the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) waiting list.
People interested in the Project-Based Voucher program can register and pre-apply for the waiting list here.
In order to register and pre-apply, an individual must have the following six pieces of information:
- First and last name (for all household members)
- Date of birth (for all household members)
- Mailing address
- Social Security Number
- Phone number (including area code)
- Email address
After completing the pre-application, people will be contacted via email once their name is selected and will be invited to complete an application to determine eligibility.
