SHEBOYGAN — The Sheboygan Police Department is looking to identify whoever vandalized the Hmong Veterans Memorial over the 4th of July weekend.
Officers say the incident happened on or around July 5th.
Police say the believe someone "utilized a flammable means" and caused minor damage to the surface of the monument.
They believe a lighter, or something similar, was used to cause the damage.
